Left Hand Brewing Company, Longmont, CO
This amber ale is the perfect balance between malt and hops. A great session beer.
This beer is amber/reddish in color with a sweet malty smell. An atypical Amber Ale: while light with a hint of sweetness it does have a bit of a bite of bitterness, but not nearly as much as the Parish South Coast Session Amber. While a good example of an Amber, Large Marge considers it too far on the bitterness spectrum: Ambers should be smoother.
Would we have it again? Split decision: Father Jack: Yes, Large Marge: No
Would we get a 6-pack? No
