There is an elusive figure who lurks in the brewery amidst the tanks. In tribute to this shadowy wanderer, we have brewed a beer in the Bavarian tradition using Pilsner malt, copious amounts of Euro hops and then lagered for supreme drinkability.
Clear gold in color with a light hoppy nose. Starts off light on the palate, then the bitterness hits and not in a good way. Disjointed and jarring. This does not taste like any other Pilsner we have tried so far. Aftertaste is bitter in an off-putting way. Father Jack believes it starts off like a Pilsner then the bitterness takes a crap on your tongue.
Would we have it again? No…
