Bayou Teche LA 31 Biere Pale

Bayou Teche’s LA 31 Biere Pale (Pale Ale) is amber in color.  It is sweet on the nose.  And then… it tastes like Sprite.  There’s nothing really there except a bit of bitterness with a faintly sweet aftertaste.  It is rather bubbly, almost fizzy on the tongue.  In the end, it tastes like a bitter Sprite.

We’ve had this beer before and felt the same way, so this isn’t a case of having a bad bottle.

Would we have it again?  No
